Below is a brief outline of our web design process from start to finish. We are here every single step of the way for you and like to keep regular contact and work closely with you, so during this process please don't hesitate to get in touch with us should have any queries.

1. Design Brief
One of our experienced advisors will have a chat with you about your requirements, find out your goals, style and help formulate a solid design.  At this stage we will also provide you with a quote for the work and ask you to give us the go ahead to continue.

2. Web Design Sample
We will generate a graphical sample based on the design brief we create in the previous step for you to approve.  Upon approval we will require a 25% deposit to continue with the work. The remainder is paid once your site has gone live.

3. Submission of Material
We will ask you to submit written content we require for your new website along with any images we need to include.

4. Website Construction
Website construction begins, and submission of all material is complete. The site’s construction follows the pre-agreed graphic design, programming and structure.

5. Customer Feedback
We will publish your website to our preview area so that you can see it working, via the Internet.

At this stage you have the opportunity to make changes to the text or photos/images contained within the site.  Any alteration to the pre-agreed structure or graphic design at this stage that is not covered in our quote may be chargeable. (For example if you decided to add some extra pages)

6. Website Completion
Any final amendments or additions you wish to make to your website are made.

7. Go Live
The completed website goes live (is published to the internet) and you will be submitted to search engines as outlined in your package. At this stage we also set up any email facilities, fine tune the new website and we will require the remaining balance to be paid.
